Terms of
Service.
The engineering standards and legal framework governing every digital interaction and project engagement.
FEB 19, 2026 / INDIA
Operational Framework
These Operational Terms govern the technical engagement between Prefenzo Technologies ('The Studio') and any entity initializing a service request ('The Client'). By accessing our nodes or executing a project proposal, you are entering into a binding engineering protocol.
[Agreement Initialization]
Engagement begins the moment a project scope is verified and a digital or physical commencement order is executed. These terms supersede any previous informal communications.
[Technical Capacity]
Prefenzo operates as a high-performance engineering studio. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that contradict our ethical logic or exceed the safety parameters of our current infrastructure.
Intellectual Sovereignty
We engineer digital legacies. The ownership of code, logic, and assets is defined by the following architectural hierarchy.
[Client Assets]
The Client maintains total sovereignty over all finalized custom code, branding, and content delivered upon full settlement of financial protocols.
[Studio Logic]
Prefenzo retains ownership of its 'Core Engine'—pre-existing libraries, proprietary algorithms, and architectural frameworks used to accelerate development.
Engineering engagement
Our project lifecycle follows a strict 'Manifest to Deployment' protocol. We prioritize precision and system stability over rapid, unverified iterations.
[The Scope Protocol]
Any logic expansion (scope creep) beyond the initialized manifest requires a new technical assessment and financial recalculation.
[Deployment Sync]
Final delivery is achieved once the system passes our 'Sentinel' validation tests on the target production node.
Financial Protocols
Excellence requires resource allocation. Our payment cycles are architected to ensure consistent engineering momentum.
[Initialization Fee]
All projects require a 50% technical deposit before the first logic bracket is written.
[Late-Cycle Delays]
Failure to meet financial milestones within 7 business cycles will trigger an automatic 'System Pause' on all active development nodes.
Liability & Shields
While we engineer for hyper-performance, digital environments are inherently volatile. Our liability is restricted to the parameters of the specific project terminal.
[Operational Indemnity]
Prefenzo is not liable for data loss, system downtime, or financial impact caused by third-party infrastructure failures (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
[Cap of Liability]
The Studio's total liability under any digital contract is capped at the total amount paid by the Client for that specific logic module.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the legal framework of the Republic of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved via logical mediation will be handled within the Coimbatore jurisdiction.
[Mediation Protocol]
Both parties agree to a 30-day technical mediation period before initializing any formal legal action.
[Sovereign Jurisdiction]
The courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any contractual disputes.
Termination Commands
Either party may terminate the engagement if the other party fails to resolve a critical breach of these terms within 14 business cycles.
Operational Notice
Prefenzo Technologies PVT Limited provides specialized engineering services. These terms ensure the protection of both studio and client interests. Technical parameters of these terms may be updated as project architectures evolve.
